The We Energies Foundation is thrilled to donate more than $18,000 to IMPACT in partnership with the Brewers Community Foundation. It’s all part of a special promotion called Ks for a Cause. For the seventh year in a row, the We Energies Foundation pledged a $25 donation for every strikeout by a Brewers pitcher at home.
After another successful season and more than 700 strikeouts, representatives with the foundations presented IMPACT with a check for $18,000 at one of the final regular season games.
IMPACT is a nonprofit organization that assesses and guides people experiencing personal crisis toward the resources they need to achieve stability. It is the largest provider of immediate access to family, health and social services in Wisconsin.
The We Energies Foundation is proud to support hundreds of charitable groups every year. In 2022, the foundation donated $11.2 million in support of community and neighborhood development, health and human services, arts and culture, education, and the environment.
